Strengths
Automix makes mixing/dispensing easy. Good consistency for manipulation, but not runny. Very predictable and stable. Adhesion to denture base is very good. Silicone-based, which keeps its resilience longer than PMMA short term soft liners. Easy to trim with instruments in kit and sealer works well. Taste and odor free. Good patient response. Patients seem to be able to maintain and clean well. Complete kit. One evaluator found it to be slightly tougher than other soft reliners.
Weaknesses
Somewhat sticky and can stain in mouths of heavy smokers. DVD does not demonstrate intraoral technique and states it supports trouble-free osseointegration. While we agree it works well in implant patients, the osseointegration claim may be a stretch. Directions totally omit cleaning and sterilizing of trimming bur and polishing wheel.
