Dr. Miller received his D.D.S. from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1974 and completed a general practice residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Houston in 1975. He authored a 3-year series of articles on bonding in the Journal of the Houston District Dental Society and has lectured internationally. Dr. Miller is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Founding and Accredited Member, and Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a Fellow of the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics, and has memberships in the International Association of Dental Research/American Association of Dental Research and the Academy of Dental Materials. Dr. Miller maintained a private practice in Houston, Texas for 45 years and is a former Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston. Ingrid R. Castellanos, C.D., F.I.A.D.F.E.

Dr. Castellanos received her C.D. in 1983 and her Especiality in Orthodontics in 1989, both from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico Facultad de Odontologia in Mexico City, Mexico. She has lectured internationally and holds memberships in the International Association of Dental Research, Academia Mexicana de Ortodoncia (Mexican Academy of Orthodontists), and the American Association of Orthodontists, in addition to being a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists and a Fellow of the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics.
